About the course

The “AI Applications for Digital Transformation” program is designed to enhance digital literacy and innovation capacity among four key beneficiary groups:

  1. Teachers at public schools
  2. Owners and managers of small and micro enterprises
  3. Students from vocational, college, and university institutions
  4. Public officers working in agriculture, tourism, and service sectors

Participants will practice with popular AI tools to enhance content creation, automate tasks, optimize planning, and support data-driven decisions. This initiative aims to accelerate Lam Dong Province’s digital transformation by empowering individuals and organizations to apply AI in education, management, production, and daily operations — fostering a smarter, more adaptive, and innovation-driven local ecosystem.

Module Structure

  • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)

    Learn AI fundamentals, key concepts, and its social and professional impacts. Participants explore how AI transforms public services, business operations, and daily productivity.

  • Generative AI Tools and Practice

    Hands-on use of AI tools to create content, summarize information, and support real-world tasks.

  • Prompt Engineering Essentials

    Understand how to write effective prompts to optimize AI responses. Learn frameworks such as zero-shot and few-shot prompting for practical problem-solving.

  • Responsible and Ethical AI Use

    Explore AI ethics, data privacy, and bias prevention. Participants learn responsible use of AI in education, government, and business contexts.

  • Continuous AI Learning and Application

    Encourage lifelong learning with AI. Discover resources for ongoing skill development and design personalized action plans for professional growth.
