[Train-the-Trainer Programme] AI Basic Course

About the course

This course is an open-source Train-the-Trainer curriculum based on Google AI Essentials. All content used in this curriculum has either been authorized by Google.org or is available under a Creative Commons license. Designed for the AVPN AI Opportunity Fund: Asia-Pacific, this course equips Local Training Providers from various industries in Indonesia with fundamental AI knowledge and skills, with no prior experience in AI assumed. The content is localised and customised for selected Local Training Providers.

Module Structure

  • Introduction to AI

    An introductory level microlearning course aimed at explaining what Generative AI is, how it’s used, and how it differs from traditional machine learning.

  • Maximize productivity with AI tools

    Leverage Generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Explore the critical role humans play in optimizing the use of AI and learn about the various workplace tasks that can be enhanced with AI.

  • Discover the Art of Prompt Engineering

    Create effective prompts to achieve desired results. Learn how to apply prompting techniques, such as future prompts participants can use for work.

  • Use AI appropriately and ethically

    Learn how to address bias and inaccuracies to use AI ethically. Students will also consider ways to incorporate mechanisms to prevent AI risks in the workplace and develop the abililty to identify security risks associated with the use of AI.

  • Stay ahead of the AI revolution

    Participants can grow their skills in the ever-evolving field of AI. Learn about the efforts of various organizations that are using AI to achieve results and consider how they can apply this knowledge in their own company.
