About the course

The training programme targets groups in Lower/Middle Income Countries who, with our training, can have significant contributions to society. To this end, AdaptXHub aims to create a cohort of Artificial Intelligence (AI) literate students, educators, and healthcare workers who can meaningfully use AI in their routine work. It is expected that the impact will be visible as better study habits, improved lesson design and assessment, and more efficient clinical documentation and communication. Over time, this cohort can seed wider institutional change by sharing practices, mentoring peers, and informing policy on responsible AI use.

Module Structure

  • AI Made Simple

Build a clear understanding of what AI is, how it works, and why it matters. Learn key concepts, common AI capabilities and limitations, and where AI is used across everyday life and professional settings.

  • Using AI as a Smart Work Assistant

Apply AI to routine work and study tasks such as drafting, summarising, planning, organising information, and supporting decisions. Emphasis is placed on efficiency gains while maintaining human oversight and accountability.

  • Getting Better Results from AI

Strengthen your ability to guide AI effectively. Learn practical prompting techniques, specify output formats, and refine responses through iteration to produce clearer, higher-quality, and more task-ready results.

  • Using AI the Right Way

Use AI ethically and responsibly. Cover privacy and data protection, bias awareness, accuracy risks, and evaluation methods to ensure AI outputs are appropriate, reliable, and safe to apply in real contexts.

  • Staying Competitive with AI

Explore practical AI use cases across sectors and learn how to integrate AI into workflows to improve productivity and quality. Conclude with a capstone-style task that demonstrates real-world application and readiness for adoption.
