About the course

AI Goes to School is an initiative by MAFINDO empowering teachers across 40 Indonesian cities to use Artificial Intelligence responsibly and effectively in education. In each city, teachers can choose to join one training track: either one online session or one of two in-person sessions. Regardless of format, all participants experience the same comprehensive journey. This blended approach ensures flexibility, consistency, and hands-on learning—whether teachers join remotely or in person. By combining live interaction with self-paced digital practice, the program builds educators’ confidence to integrate AI into daily teaching while fostering a nationwide community of ethical, future-ready practitioners.

    Explore bias, privacy, and responsible use of AI in schools to ensure safe, fair, and transparent practices.

  • Creative AI for Lesson Design

    Use AI to develop engaging, differentiated, and curriculum-aligned teaching materials in minutes.

  • AI for Classroom Management

    Leverage AI to streamline attendance, behavior tracking, communication, and student feedback.

  • AI for Administration

    Automate routine tasks like report writing, scheduling, and data entry to save time and reduce workload.

About the Training Provider

MAFINDO fights disinformation and hate speech in Indonesia through fact-checking, training, and public campaigns, with a network of volunteers and partnerships with various organizations.
