About the course

The 5-day AI training programme introduces foundational AI concepts, explores real-world applications, various AI tools, and emphasizes ethics and security in AI usage. The training includes 24 interactive sessions delivered through video presentations, reading materials, and structured day-wise modules covering five key topics and themes. Each day features a formative assessment to reinforce learning, alongside a pre-test on Day 1 and a post-test on Day 5 to measure progress. Participants engage in group and individual activities to foster collaboration and practical understanding. This immersive programme equips master trainers with skills and confidence to cascade AI knowledge effectively within their districts, promoting a deeper understanding and responsible use of AI technologies.

Module Structure

  • Introduction & AI Fundamentals

    Set the tone with course overview, establish group norms, and introduce core AI concepts including AI vs. ML. Participants complete a pre-test and engage in activities to build foundational knowledge and express initial understanding.

  • Generative AI & Prompt Engineering

    Focus on Generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and differences between traditional AI models. Includes hands-on exercises to deepen prompt crafting skills and familiarize participants with popular AI tools.

  • AI Tools for Productivity & Creativity

    Explore AI tools that boost productivity and support creative content generation. Participants practice creating AI-assisted content and learn AI tools tailored for educators.

  • AI in Education & Productivity Enhancement

    Discuss AI’s transformative impact on education and alignment with National Education Policy. Hands-on use of AI tools for lesson planning and productivity tools like Grammarly. Reflection and peer sharing to contextualize learning.

  • AI Ethics, Privacy & Responsible Use

    Cover ethical challenges, privacy, and security concerns in AI. Participants evaluate AI use cases for risks, complete a post-test, and reflect on responsible AI adoption. Final wrap-up, feedback, and certification conclude the programme.
