InnovAItion: AI Skilling for Young Workers is a program that aims to equip young people with foundational skills in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital literacy. Target participants include unemployed youth, vocational students, university students, and other youth including alumni of Plan Indonesia programs. The training is delivered through free thematic Open Classes and self-paced learning modules via the LMS platform kitakerja.id. Participants receive e-certificates, and selected individuals may earn additional incentives, join competitions, and engage in interactive learning experiences.
