Sambodhi’s AI Skilling Project in India targets grassroots beneficiaries, focusing on, agriculture workers, Self Help Group Women, not-for profit sector workers particularly resource-poor communities in tribal and remote areas. The project delivers the curriculum through a hybrid approach: in-person orientation on foundational AI training supplemented with virtual engagement. The curriculum, localized in Hindi with simplified concepts and real-life examples, spans over 17 modules tailored for agriculture, digital marketing and ethical use of AI. The hybrid model ensures accessibility and scalability, while a robust monitoring framework tracks engagement, knowledge gains, and impacts through assessments, analytics, and qualitative feedback.
