“The AI Multiplier” is a national AI skills programme that equips Vietnam’s core professionals – teachers, healthcare workers, and media workers – with practical, beginner-friendly AI capabilities. The curriculum covers: (1) core AI concepts, opportunities, and risks; (2) ethical and responsible use of AI; and (3) sector-specific workflows in Vietnamese, such as AI-assisted lesson planning and assessment, diagnostics support and patient communication, and content research, drafting, and audience analysis. By placing AI tools in the hands of trusted professionals who already serve millions, the programme creates a powerful multiplier effect, improving classroom learning, patient care, and information quality nationwide, while advancing Vietnam’s inclusive, digitally ready workforce.
