About the report:
AVPN Asia Policy Forum (APF) presents this policy case study series, Pay-For-Success Models: Early Movers in Asia, on select PFS in Asia Pacific that AVPN members are involved in.
The series aims to provide a contextual understanding of the use of PFS in different markets in the region, specifically in India, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. As a follow-up to our Social Investment Landscape in Asia and in line with APF’s mission to develop an enabling policy environment for a high-impact Asian social economy, this series is intended for policymakers, foundations, impact and social investors, intermediaries, development finance institutions and other practitioners interested in implementing and supporting PFS.
