Aradhana Lohia Sharma

Aradhana is a Vice President of Investor Relations and heads the Wool Business Division at Indorama Ventures PCL (IVL), a leading global petrochemicals company, with more than 145 operating sites in 35 countries. She has held several positions in the company since 2008, including Corporate Strategy, PET Recycling, and the Fibers business. She is also Vice Chairwoman of the IVL Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on creating positive impact for children, women and the environment.

Apart from IVL, Aradhana is a non-executive director of Thai Plaspac PCL (TPAC), a Thai listed Company providing sustainable plastic packaging solutions. She is also Co-Chairwoman of Volta Circle, an investment platform that backs startups across the themes of circular consumption, regenerative systems and human wellbeing.

Aradhana graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a degree in Business Management. She is married to Kevin Sharma and they have three children. They currently reside in Bangkok, Thailand.
