Age 51, Indonesian citizen, appointed Director of Indika Energy since February 2007 and reappointed based on Deed No 60 dated 27 April 2017. He has been appointed as the Managing Director and CEO since April 2018. He previously served as an Independent Director from March 2008 to May 2013. Bapak Azis Armand initially joined Indika Energy as a Director in 2007 based on Deed Number 24 dated 15 February 2007.

He also serves as President Commissioner of Kideco (since January 2018), PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk. (since 2017), PT Indika Indonesia Resources (since 2018), PT Indika Energy Trading (since 2018), PT Zebra Cross Teknologi (since 2018). Also serves as Commissioner of PT Indika Infrastruktur Investindo (since 2008) and Vice President
Director at PT Indika Inti Corpindo (since 2016). Also serves as Director of PT Tripatra Multi Energi (since 2016), PT Indika Energy Infrastructure (since 2016) and PT Indika Multi Energi Internasional (since 2018). He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Indika Foundation (since 2017).

Previously he also served as Commissioner of Petrosea (2009-2013 and 2017-2018), Vice President Commissioner of Tripatra (2017-2018) and President Director of PT Indika Indonesia Resources (2014-2015). He has more than 10 years of extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Investment. He was previously employed as a Rating Manager at PT Pemeringkatan Efek Indonesia (1995-1997) and Associate at JP Morgan Chase (1997-2004).

He earned a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Indonesia in 1991 and Master in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, United States in 1995.
