Keeran is an experienced international development consultant, applying business and strategy frameworks and concepts to some of the world's most pressing development challenges. 

At Dalberg, he leads the firm's Malaysia presence, and advises clients across a range of sectors - including education, health and economic development - with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. 

Keeran holds degrees from The University of Melbourne and Harvard University, where he was a Wendy and Phillip Kistler Fellow. He is also a co-founder and former CEO of Teach For Malaysia, a member organisation of the global education network Teach For All.
