Min is currently a full-time Director of B Corps China, an independently run task force supported by Leping Foundation and in partnership with B Lab Global, and also a Partner at First Respond We ????®, the very first certified B Corp in Mainland China. 

She is leading the team to build an active community of entrepreneurial Changemakers, support existing and potential B Corps, increase awareness of using business as a force for good™, and communicate with B Lab Global to establish B Lab China, thus, the local community can be better served to redefine success in business. 

Being exposed to the international community since her young age, Min has professional work experiences in hospitality management and global HR in three different countries including Korea, China, and the US. 

She is also an MBA graduate from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
