Aathira is the Head of Strategic Partnerships and has been a part of the Founding Team at Social Alpha, a technology business incubator supported by the Tata Trusts and Government of India which focusses on providing lab to market support for enterprises focused on creating socio-economic and environmental impact. At Social Alpha, she handles the CEO?s office and is responsible for managing partnerships and alliances, investor relationships and fund raising. She has also handled unique programs with the Government of India, corporate foundations and multi-national companies. Aathira has also worked on a number of new initiatives mainly the India Nutrition Initiative (TINI), Cancer Satellite Centre Project etc.
 
Aathira is a member of the prestigious Tata Administrative Services (TAS) and has worked on challenging assignments in e-commerce, hospitality and new product development across a number of Tata group companies. On completion of her TAS program, she opted to join the Tata Trusts with an objective to create impact through social entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition to her responsibilities at Social Alpha,  Aathira handles Tata Trusts? key international institutional relations with Harvard, University of Chicago, MIT, University of Toronto etc. focused on research and development of technological solutions for social problems in India. Aathira also manages various innovation and entrepreneurship development programmes supported by the Tata Trusts.
 
Prior to joining the Tata Trusts, Aathira earned her management degree from IIM Bangalore in 2014. Aathira worked for HSBC Bank in their premium banking before enrolling in the management program.  At HSBC, she has managed new processes and migration of the premium banking program for the South East Asian countries.
