Abhishek works as Senior Consultant at Sattva. He has been associated with the organisation for 6 years now with work spanning across Corporates, Non-Profits and Foundation. He has worked out of the CEO's Office to drive Sattva's internal and external organisational growth strategy. Outside his work in the social sector, he has enabled and supported in product management of Sattva's own CSR Program management tool and Knowledge management systems. Currently, he is working on Sattva's 3-year strategy and working with leadership to open new growth opportunities for Sattva. Before Sattva, he was part of Gandhi Fellowship at Kaivalya Education Foundation for two years where he was facilitating the process of school change by working closely with the headmasters, teachers and student. He was leading engagement in 5 government schools. He helped them with on-ground training and coach them in various aspects of pedagogy, institutional leadership, and administrative efficiency. He was involved in engaging key stakeholders, i.e., the Principals, Teachers, community members, government bodies, experts, multidisciplinary team members to impact the quality of learning provided to children. Abhishek has a degree of Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. His interests lie in research, community engagement, data analysis, strategy and organisational building.
