Aditi is the Head for Monitoring, Learning, Evaluation and Knowledge function at Hasanah. In her role, she provides both strategic and technical guidance for measuring impact, providing data for continual improvement effectiveness of the organisation’s grant funding, and facilitating adaptive learning. She is also responsible for furthering Hasanah’s vision as a thought leader in Malaysia actively conceptualising and leading knowledge generation and sharing activities. Aditi is passionate about gender equality, human rights, and decentralised governance. She has deep grassroots experience in implementing and managing multi-donor projects working across several non-profit organisations. Aditi has worked with the United Nations Development Programme in India in several capacities, supporting the work on decentralised governance and later being the key evaluation of the five-year country level strategy i.e. United Nations Development Action Framework (UNDAF). Her work has spanned geographies including across several states in India, Nepal, Australia, and South East Asia.
