With previous experience in design and research, Aisha is now involved in project design and implementation to find valuable insights from underprivileged communities as part of the Last Mile Consulting team.

Having started as an architect, Aisha later pursued a Master’s in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, London. During this time, she provided consultation services for various corporations and worked together with charities to provide solutions for disadvantaged communities. Her research focused on organizational and management studies, particularly in organizational behaviour and change management. She was also involved in innovation foundations and creative agencies to establish their respective innovation ecosystems, stakeholders and potential disruptions. She supports Kopernik as Senior Analyst to broaden her expertise in the development sector and deliver lasting change for people living in remote areas.
