Alice is the Senior Manager of the Capital Mobilisation team at AVPN. She brings significant global CSR experience, primarily within the healthcare industry, to drive strategic corporate partnerships and effective operationalisation of philanthropic funds. In her previous capacity as Manager of Global CSR Program and Partnership Strategy at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, Alice oversaw the day-to-day management of a USD 167 million portfolio of 29 long-term partnerships with projects in over 90 countries. She collaborated with international organisations, non-profits, and internal stakeholders to achieve measurable, long-term outcomes in health system strengthening and enhancing employee engagement across the global workforce, in alignment with corporate purpose and values. This builds on her previous work supporting corporate programs at a Japanese NPO tackling child labour in the cocoa, cotton, and cobalt industries. She has a keen understanding of global health challenges, child labour, DEI, and gender equity, and is passionate about transforming the social investment space through effective capital flow, impact management and measurement and strategic storytelling. Alice holds an MA in Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice from the University of British Columbia.
