Ameya has spent over 10 years in the corporate sector. He has worked with marquee multinationals such as the Tata Group (IHCL), Zee Telefilms, Citibank and HSBC across diverse segments such as customer value management, operations and strategy. Prior to joining Swades, Ameya was working with HSBC in the capacity of Vice President for payments and cash management business . He is a turn around strategist with a business process re-engineering certification and is currently pursuing certification as an international cash management expert through the Association of International Treasurers’ Hong Kong chapter.

Ameya has always been inclined towards the development sector and is actively involved with the International Association for Human Values and the Art of Living foundation on a voluntary basis. It was this experience that made him realize his true calling - which led him to join the Swades family. A chemical engineer with an MBA degree in marketing from WeSchool, Ameya is also a trained singer / musician and has the album titled ‘Devadhideva’ to his credit!
