Amrut Joshi is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with over 19 years of post-qualification experience. In 2011, he founded GameChanger Law Advisors (GLA), which is now recognized by clients and ecosystem partners as a trusted boutique corporate and commercial law firm in India.  

During his career, Amrut has worked with several social enterprises and impact investment firms and assisted them on structuring investment transactions as well as on compliance with various Indian laws that specifically apply to different forms of impact investments and social enterprises.

Amrut serves as a consultant to organisations who are part of the prestigious Stanford Seed Transformation Program. In July 2021, he graduated as a fellow from the inaugural cohort of the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) Impact Investment Fellowship.

Amrut graduated from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2003.
