Angeline Chin is Director for APAC Sustainability for Johnson and Johnson (J&J). In this new role that she started on July 1 2024, she works closely with a broad group of internal and external stakeholders, including commercial and customer teams, to steward J&J's global environmental sustainability strategies and integrate them into our healthcare segment business priorities and goals. As part of the Enterprise Sustainability team, she will help position J&J as a leader in environmental sustainability in relevant industry groups and external engagement platforms in Asia Pacific. In her previous position as APAC’s Lead for Global Community Impact, she implemented strategic giving for J&J Foundation working with her team across the region to leverage J&J’s strongest assets bringing its expertise in health, community investments, people and its voice to advance the access to healthcare for the most underserved communities. Prior to this, she was with Credit Suisse for 7 years as the Head of Corporate Citizenship for Asia Pacific focusing on supporting programs that provided access to education. Angeline brings over 25 years of experience from the private sector, not-for-profit organizations and government. Angeline started her career as a regulator with the Securities Commission Malaysia and has worked in the financial services sector for a big part of her career. She was also involved in setting up a Not-for-Profit organization and was the first Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong managing the Institute for 7 years. Angeline holds an MPA from Harvard University, Masters of Finance from RMIT, LLM from City University and LLB from University of Buckingham. Angeline is based in Singapore and enjoys traveling, art and spending time with her husband, her twin girls and her pair of pet turtle
