Angelo is a Program and Portfolio Manager at Villgro Philippines which is an organization that funds, mentors and supports early-stage for-profit social enterprises that have an impact on the lives of the poor in the Philippines. It has regular ecosystem building events and actively partners with other private and public organizations to develop and implement innovative programs that aim to address systemic issues in the country. 

Programs implemented with partners such as the British Council, GoNegosyo, and BDO Network Bank have worked on a range of advocacies  including training and capacitating local incubators, accelerating the growth of agri-enterprises, and unlocking early stage funding for women-led enterprises.
