Anil Rathod is a Senior Finance Manager at AVPN with over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and governance within the development sector. He holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University and brings deep expertise in non-profit finance, regulatory compliance, financial strategy, and building strong governance frameworks for organisations. Prior to joining AVPN, Anil was associated with Teach For India during its formative years. There, he played a key role in building financial systems, processes, policies, and donor & compliance management frameworks that supported the organisation’s growth and scale. He also contributed to strengthening the financial management capabilities of social entrepreneurs associated with the Teach For India ecosystem. He also serves as a Board Trustee on Oscar Foundation, where he supports financial oversight, governance, and long-term sustainability. Over the years, he has also advised several nonprofit organizations on financial strategy, budgeting, donor engagement, FCRA compliance, and organisational strengthening. Beyond his professional work, he enjoys traveling, meeting new people and reading about financial markets and global economic trends.
