Anindita Bose leads initiatives at AVPN that strengthen the governance, organisational capacity, trust, and investment readiness of impact organisations across Asia. Through ImpactCollab, she designs practical frameworks, learning experiences, and collaborative approaches that help organisations strengthen governance, build organisational credibility, foster trust with funders and partners, and unlock opportunities for sustainable growth.

Before joining AVPN, Anindita spent over a decade working in global health and international development, leading programmes and building partnerships across maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, immunisation, malaria, lymphatic filariasis, kala-azar, and women's health. She has worked closely with organisations including Citi Foundation, MSD for Mothers, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, International Vaccine Access Center at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the Federation of Obstetricians and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), and the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), alongside governments, researchers, technical experts, and civil society organisations to translate evidence into policy and practice.

Anindita holds a Masters in Philosophy in International Political Theory, from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and earned her undergraduate degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

Outside work, she enjoys designing tablescapes and hosting thoughtfully curated dinners for family and friends.
