Dr. Arnil Paras is the Executive Director, Insights and Academy. In this role he leads the design and delivery of Academy learning products, which includes fellowship programmes on philanthropy and impact investing, training courses on impact measurement and management, learning circles on social impact issues, and case study series on social investing for Asia, among others. 

Arnil has nearly two decades of experience in research and teaching. He was previously an associate professor of economics at the Asian Institute of Management, where he was also the director of the university's Master in Development Management. 

He has postgraduate degrees from the London School of Economics and City University of Hong Kong, and earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Policy.
