Arun Asok is a Fund Manager and the CEO of Bamboo Capital Partners, Singapore. He leads Bamboo's multi sector investment fund - Oasis - and manages investments across sectors and regions.

Arun has over ten years of experience in the impact investment space across investment banking, private equity, and operations. Arun started his career with Unitus Capital and later moved to Lok Capital, working on multiple investments and exits. His experience spans across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, education, and agriculture, on investments and exits in equity, debt, and structured products. Prior to Bamboo Capital Partners, Arun was heading a strategic business unit at Forus Health, a social enterprise in the medical devices space.

Arun is an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad (IIM ? A), with a foreign exchange stint at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. He did his Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras (IIT ? M) with a major degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a minor degree in Trends in Business and Finance.

He is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
