Arvin is in charge of partnerships and business development at Kopernik, a research & development (R&D) lab for social and environmental issues, working in five sectors; agriculture and fisheries, WASH, energy-environment-climate, micro-entrepreneurship, and education. Our clients are private, public, and research partners, among others.

Arvin is the Founding Partner of Hermina Hospital Bitung, a subsidiary of the publicly listed Hermina Hospital Group / PT. Medikaloka Hermina (Ticker code: HEAL). Hermina Hospital Group is one of the biggest healthcare operators in Indonesia. He also runs a healthcare clinic chain in peri-urban and rural Indonesia while providing advisory services to international consulting firms, private equity firms and venture capitals with insights and strategies on investing in the ASEAN market.
