Candice is driven by a certain idealism, grounded in practicality. She began her non-profit journey as a passionate advocate for access to healthcare, at a community hospital serving vulnerable seniors and disadvantaged patients. Candice’s desire to create sustainable solutions and mutually beneficial partnerships has led to roles in interdepartmental and inter-organisational projects.

Six years on, her experience includes philanthropy advisory, grantmaking, organisational development, volunteer management, communications, fundraising and programme curation. Apart from physical health, Candice’s top causes include mental health and the environment. She breaks a sweat cleaning up beaches and mangroves, and appreciates the restorative power of hiking and rockclimbing in Singapore and abroad. Candice holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
