Caroline McLaughlin is the Chief Partnerships Officer at AVPN. She leads the partnership team to develop key strategic partnerships with grantors and sponsors and manages the delivery of the pipeline of opportunities for AVPN.  In the last financial year, AVPN was supported by more than 60 funders across a range of projects, programs and signature events.

She has over 20 years of experience in creating and managing different networks across 5 different countries. She has lived in Sydney, Vienna, London, Istanbul, Dubai, Atlanta, Singapore and has recently relocated to Dublin. She was one of the founders of the Ribbons of Hope, Invest In Women Foundation, which supports women and girls’ organizations in the greater Atlanta area. She has served on the boards of United World College SEA, the International Women of Istanbul and PrimeTIme of Singapore. She completed her undergraduate degree in Australia and has an MBA from INSEAD.
