Baralee has over fifteen years’ experience in strategic communications and advocacy.  Her diverse work experience includes working as political and economic analysis; and communications officer at the Australian diplomatic mission in Bangkok, news producer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and communication consultant for various international agencies.

Prior to joining HelpAge International,  Baralee spent over six years at ‘Asian Harm Reduction Network’ using her communication skill, understanding of public health trends and gaps to advocate for improvements in health care services for people who use drugs throughout the Asia Pacific region.
