Seeking positions where I can contribute to social justice, peace, and community transformation for the most marginalized in society, I offer 15 years international development experience with NGOs at the grassroots and head office levels, focused on Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. My areas of skills & experience are: leading cross functional teams & multi-stakeholder groups; strategic and organizational development; integrated program effectiveness; participatory approaches & tools in project/program design, monitoring & evaluation; project sustainability; and facilitating training based on adult education methodologies. 

As World Vision Canada's Regional Team Lead, I have overseen a team of program/grant managers & technical experts, as well as a cross functional team to develop & implement WVCanada's strategy for 25+ countries, with an overall programming budget of $60mUSD for development, emergency relief and advocacy interventions & capacity building support.

I am driven to support and strengthen community based organizations advocating for and building the resilience of the most marginalized and their communities.
