Dayoung Lee is an Associate Partner and a co-lead of the Education to Employment Practice at Dalberg, an impact-driven advisory firm with offices in over 20 countries worldwide that provides strategy, investment, research, data analytics, and design services. Based in Mumbai, she leads many gender engagements across Asia.

Her recent work includes landscaping the opportunities for entrepreneurship to empower women in Southeast Asia, and supporting the design of one of Asia?s first gender-lens impact investment fund. She is currently exploring how entrepreneurial solutions can help empower women economically in Timor-Leste, and how digital innovations can amplify the impact of Self-Help Groups on the lives of women in India.

Dayoung holds a joint MPP/MBA degree from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School, and a BA from Stanford University with Honors in Economics and International Relations. She is the founder of Mentor Me India, a mentoring organisation that connects children from low income communities with role models in India.
