Debrah is Assistant Director of Partnerships at AVPN. Together with the AVPN Health Impact, Gender Equality and ImpactCollab teams, she seeks to develop and foster strategic partnerships that contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, programmes and events that enable capital and intent to move towards action and impact. She was previously Chief of Staff to the CEO at AVPN where she drove the network's strategic vision by serving as key advisor to CEO and the management team and coordinating cross functional initiatives. She has worked in social impact and sustainability related programmes with regional footprints in China, India and South East Asia. She brings with her cross-sector and multi-disciplinary experience in policy, arts and culture, entrepreneurship and sustainability. Debrah is also trained as a design thinking practitioner and facilitator. Outside of work, Debrah actively volunteers in her Buddhist community, organising and supporting education, culture and peace initiatives that promote youth civic engagement.
