Project Management Professional with 14+ years of experience working in the development sector. Currently, leading Sustainable Rural Development vertical at A.T.E Chandra Foundation and anchoring Water and Agriculture initiatives. 

Before this, Deepti worked with GiveIndia as part of the HNI Giving division and Dasra as part of the Strategic Philanthropy team supporting HNIs/UHNIs in their philanthropic portfolio management. Deepti also worked with WWF India, Zameen Organics and Oxfam India to support farmers adopt improved agricultural practices like Sustainable Cotton Initiative, Sustainable Sugar Initiative, System of rice intensification, Organic and Fairtrade Cotton and integrate the farmers up the value chain. 
Deepti holds a degree in Agriculture and Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness and Plantation Management.
