A professional with 21 years of diverse experience in the Development and the Corporate sectors. In the current role is heading the Programs with Axis Bank Foundation. This includes managing its strategy, governance, business-liaison efforts, research, impacts assessments and communication functions. Additionally, leading a team of ten people, supervising their work in program design and implementation, partner on-boarding and management, employee engagement, communication and events.

Prior roles include Not for Profit/CSR management including its strategy, governance, communication and legal and compliance for RBS Foundation India, relationship management in the retail, corporate and microfinance businesses of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. that was subsequently rebranded as The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. Key areas of experience include sustainable development, livelihoods, microfinance, not for profit management, philanthropic investing, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.
