Dibya Devi Gurung is the Core Associate of WOCAN. She has more than 24 years? work experiences in integrating gender and social inclusion issues in community based natural resource management, agriculture and climate change in Asia. She has worked as a practitioner, planner, researcher, and trainer for various development organizations ranging from the grassroots organizations to different donor and UN agencies such as the UNDP, IFAD, UN-Women, UNICEF, SDC/Nepal, ICIMOD and with government agencies in Nepal and Cambodia.

Dibya is also nominated by the MoFE/REDD-IC, Nepal as the member of the REDD Implementation Coordination Committee as an independent gender expert.
