About

Dickson joined BNP Paribas Individual Philanthropy Services after more than 14 years of experience in serving non-profit organisations. Based in Singapore, Dickson serves the bank's Asian clients in assisting them to develop their philanthropic strategies, structures and plans, to maximise the impact of their involvement in tackling the challenges facing communities across Asia. Prior to BNP Paribas, Dickson held senior positions at Singapore’s leading non-profit organisations in the healthcare, education and social service sectors, such as the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre, and the New National Kidney Foundation Singapore. Working alongside some of the most prominent thought leaders in the non-profit community as well as strategic philanthropists across Asia, he was involved in large-scale partnerships that transform medicine and care, and impact lives and communities. His responsibilities include strategic partnerships, governance and fundraising. Prior to serving in the non-profit sector, Dickson spent 10 years as an engineer, developing strategic investments in the semiconductor industry across Asia. He holds a Master of Technology Management from Griffith University, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore. Dickson also volunteers in various charities serving needs across developing Asian communities.
