Ditipriya heads the Human Resource Management centre of Breakthrough. She has been instrumental in setting up the HR and Operations division in Breakthrough and elevating HRM to Strategic HRM that concerns long term people issues and macro-concerns about structure, quality, culture, values and commitment. A commerce graduate from Calcutta University, Ditipriya is an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of building strong teams and people operations. Over a period of twenty four years of working in the corporate and development sector, she has been exposed to diverse cultures & businesses leading to designing strategies and executing them, thus driving large scale organisational change and restructuring. Since 2005, she has been working full time in the development sector, managing human resources, developing organisations and building institutions. Before joining Breakthrough, she has worked with Hemophilia Federation of India and Parivar Seva Sanstha, where she managed an advocacy network of 167 organisations working on reproductive choices. Prior to joining the development sector she has worked with organisations like Metlife, DataCore, SITA world Travels. In ten years of working with Breakthrough, Ditipriya has implemented two organisation development process with two external agencies to make the organisation more effective and VUCA ready. Her core competencies include organisation design and structuring, implementation of change and transformation, talent management, performance management process, policies & compensation framework, learning and development strategy, HR strategy and policies, staff engagement strategies, building leadership enabling a culture of purpose and learning.
