Elia Wijaya has an extensive experience in marketing and communications from some major financial institutions for the past 12 years; from banking, conventional insurance to insurtech. Her past positions include Chief Marketing Officer of PT Pasar Polis Indonesia, Head of Marketing & Communications and Country Communication Head for Zurich Insurance Indonesia and Zurich Topas Life; Media and Public Relations Manager for Prudential Life Assurance; Brand and Marketing Communications Manager for Bank UOB Indonesia. While in USA, she also gained professional experiences as Marketing Consultant and Media Designer for Borderless Trading Group, Seattle; Program and Marketing Personnel for Chesterfield Health Services, Seattle, and Event Planner with Patricia Wismer?s Women Center in Seattle.

From her journey in various positions, her achievement includes launched the first digital registration for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and acquired over 100,000 insurance policies in less than 9 months. She also managed projects in developing innovative custom insurance and digital claim for Go-Jek, Citilink, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce companies. Elia was the person in charge for an event where former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, attended when she was the youngest senior management in Zurich. She led Zurich Indonesia to receive various awards as Best Marketing, CSR and Human Capital from Economic Review Magazine. Elia holds a Bachelor degree from Seattle University and interactive media design degree from The Art Institute of Seattle.
