Elsa Varghese as Director HR at AVPN heads talent acquisition, development and HR operations across all locations of AVPN, Asia. Prior to that, she worked as Director Talent Development India for FleishmanHillard heading the HR function. Previously served Nestle Skin Health (Now Known as Galderma) as the country lead for both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering based out of Mumbai. As a practicing HR generalist, her key areas of expertise are Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations & Engagement. Elsa Holds both a Bachelor’s in Management specialized in International Finance & HR as well as a Master’s in HR from University of Mumbai. She also is certified in Behavioral Event Interviewing by Thomas Institute, Personality & Ability Assessments by SHL India, and in 2023 has been recognized by Transformance Business Media India as Top 20 Talent Champions in the 8th Edition L&D Vision & Innovation Summit & Awards 2023.
