I have contributed towards the strategic growth of a number of reputable organisations in the social and economic sector across Australia and Asia Pacific region; achieved corporate strategies; developed partnerships and gender lens projects for social-economic inclusion; designed and managed multiple projects with inclusive business models which are guided by the principles of innovation, job creation, access to finance, inclusive value chains, influencing market systems (making markets work for the marginalised); creating commercial enterprises; and ensured compliance with legislative requirements; mainstreamed gender, age and disability inclusion, and diversity policies in operations.
