Fiona McQueen is an accomplished leader with 12 years? experience developing and leading strategic philanthropy programs that effectively create a community of supporters and significantly increase philanthropic income.

Fiona enjoys working with benefactors, an institution?s leaders and volunteers and my colleagues to create and celebrate a culture of philanthropy. She currently leads the Development program at The George Institute for Global Health in Australia, and prior to that has led &/or implemented strategic philanthropy programs at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of New South Wales, St Andrew?s College at the University of Sydney, and Ormond College at the University of Melbourne.

Prior to working in the philanthropy sector, Fiona wrote, directed and produced independent theatre.
