Tee Fong Seng is the Vice Chairman and Market Area Head Greater China for Private Banking Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Tee oversees Credit Suisse’s Private Banking franchise in Hong Kong as well as being the Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Hong Kong Branch in his interface with regulators and the industry.

In his role as Vice Chairman Asia Pacific, Mr. Tee is responsible for providing senior client coverage and support for ultra-high net worth and key clients, contributing to driving Private Banking and cross-divisional business collaboration. Mr. Tee also focuses on recruiting senior private banking talent and providing them valuable support and mentoring.

Mr. Tee has more than 35 years of global banking experience across a wide spectrum of responsibilities and management positions. He was formerly the Market Area Head South East Asia in Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at UBS where he was the Head of Wealth Management South East Asia and Deputy Branch Manager at UBS Singapore.

Mr. Tee is a Board member of apVentures, which is a non-profit venture philanthropic organisation. He is also the former CEO of SymAsia, which is a charitable foundation of Credit Suisse which holds an Institutions of a Public Character (IPC) status.

Mr. Tee is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, London) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore.
