Gayatri Mishra Oleti Joint General Manager at present heading operation for Larsen Toubro Public Charitable Trust. A social development professional,graduate in Economics, Alumni London School of Economic and XIMB, Bhubanesware. Gayatri also holds a Ph.d degree in Population Studies. Had 23 years of experience working in social sector and corporate. 
A programme management expert. Core expertise are:

a) Design multi-sectoral CSR programme aligning with business needs and ensuring benefits of CSR efforts reaching last mile
b) Building collaborations with Govt. and other stakeholders for sustainability of programme  and influencing policy implementation at various levels
c) Evidence based planning  and targeted approach to ensure appropriate programme reach
d) Establishing processes for impact evaluation/evidence based programmes and sustainability reporting
e) Leading cross functional teams in different sectors  i.e. health , education , water and livelihoods towards comprehensive development of the community  
f) Providing strategic direction to various not for profit organisation and mentoring development professionals and business leaders on social sector programmes
