Gillian has 17 years of experience in strategic planning, cross-sector partnership development and program management. Founder of Pearl Consulting, she leads the team to conceptualize and deliver social impact programs and services. Gillian previously chaired the Corporate Citizenship Committee at Singapore?s American Chamber of Commerce, represented Singapore abroad at the UN and has served on nonprofit boards. Gillian and Pearl Consulting were named as finalists in the 2014 Public Affairs Asia ?Gold Standard Awards? for NGO Engagement and most recently, Gillian became an accredited partnership broker through the Partnership Brokers Association.

Originally from Canada, Gillian now lives in Sydney, working wherever projects take her. She loves hanging out with her husband and kids, and her ambitious goal for the year is to learn to surf.
