Dr. Glenda Antonio is the Philippine Market Representative to support the AVPN Philippine Market on Memberships and Philanthropy network in the Philippines as well as influence more networks through the Spring Rain Global Ecosystem in Asia. It is the intention that the consultancy will enable us to raise the awareness of AVPN in the Philippines for the network to recruit key members and help us identify and convert sources of sponsorship for local activities. Through this strategic endeavor , we will enhance the landscape of Philanthropy in the Philippines and move towards a transformational impact. She is the Founder , President and CEO of Spring Rain Global , an ecosystem builder consulting firm in the service of Philanthropy and Financial Planning . Along with her team , they have strengthened the landscape of Philanthropy in our network using their proprietary Spring Rain Global 6 Pillar Capacitation Model . Spring Rain Global’s 6-Pillar Capacitation Model© is a proprietary systematic framework that the organization uses to train and empower philanthropic development organizations towards sustainability.Through this model, they address the urgent social need of the most vulnerable communities by co-creating innovations and life-saving responses with grassroots organizations. Through training, workshops, conferences, mentoring, linkages, and networking opportunities, they help PDOs set up their systems in Leadership and Governance, Program Development and Management, Philanthropy, Financial Planning, Database Management, and Ecosystem Building.
