Heidi Chase works as Seva Foundation's Chief Program Officer. Seva Foundation is a global nonprofit eye care organization that works with local communities worldwide to develop self-sustaining programs that preserve and restore sight. Our vision is a world free from avoidable blindness. Heidi has worked in international development and health for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Seva Foundation, she worked in a number of countries across Africa and Asia, including Uzbekistan, Japan, Uganda, South Sudan and Sierra Leone. She holds a Master’s degree from American University’s School of International Service
