A microfinance institution focused on serving poor household and Director of METREY HR Co., Ltd, a Human Resource company providing vocational training and employment creation in the country. 

ReNet Japan Group Inc. is the impact-oriented enterprise focused on developing creative businesses around Environment Sustainability and International Development and has become IPO on Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2017. 

Daichi was previous Program Director at PlaNet Finance Japan, French NGO focused on technical assistance for microfinance, Researcher at BASF Venture Capital and Analyst at Strategic Value Partners Japan LLC, US-based distressed hedge-funds.
