Ikhsan is a passionate Entrepreneur who has strong self-determination and a dynamic individual. In 2013, He founded his own enterprise which brings him into his entrepreneurial journey by empowering Local farmers to develop local authentic B2B Indonesian dairy products available in several cities such as Malang, Surabaya, Madura, Bali, and Padang. Now after exit from the business, Ikhsan launched his own 2 traditional cafés located in Padang, Indonesia. He is very passionate about working across industries to create something for good. 

Besides working for his own enterprise, prior to joining AVPN. He keeps continues his passion in entrepreneurship by joining Ashoka, a global citizen sector organization that identifies and promotes social entrepreneurship globally in 85 Countries. He led Partnership development of Ashoka with Corporate, Foundation, High-Net-Worth Individual & NGO in Indonesia.

Ikhsan earned his MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He has deep interest in workout especially street workout.
