About

As the Assistant Director, Finance, Iyan supports the financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, audits, and governance functions across AVPN. He is responsible for strengthening financial systems and processes to support AVPN’s mission and regional operations.

Prior to joining AVPN, Iyan was the Regional Finance Manager at Generation: You Employed, a global non-profit focused on workforce development. In this role, he managed end-to-end finance operations for affiliates across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Thailand.

Iyan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, Melbourne.
